DELIVERY TIMES

The shipment of orders is only carried out by our services after confirmation of the respective payment. 

These will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Providing incorrect data is the sole responsibility of the customer and may result in additional costs. 

If the customer intends to send orders to more than one address, he must carry out separate purchase processes. 

In this case, each order has an associated shipping cost. 

The dispatch of CANOA HOMEWARE COLLECTIONS orders is carried out after the preparation of the shipment, which normally does not exceed 1-2 business days after confirmation of payment.

Whenever possible, Canoa Homeware Collections delivers orders within the indicated deadlines. These may be slightly higher during parties, holidays and promotions (Black Friday).

At Christmas time, we cannot guarantee delivery within the indicated deadlines.

HOME DELIVERIES

Note that, for deliveries to apartments, the carrier leaves the order at the main door of the building. Delivery to the door of the apartment will be courtesy of the driver, not being contracted.
