General Conditions of Sale/Terms of Sale

These terms are intended to define the General Conditions of Sale between Bluetwo, design e Comunicação, Lda. (Canoa Homeware Collections) and the user, being the only ones applicable between the two parties.


By using and/or making a purchase on the website, the user:

a) You declare that you have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions;
b) Declares that he/she is at least 18 years old;

c) You will not make inappropriate or fraudulent use of this website;

d) Accepts that Portuguese legislation will regulate any conflict with the consumer, without prejudice to any provision to the contrary, community directive or international treaty.


Bluetwo, design e Comunicação, Lda.. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. For this reason, we advise the user to read it whenever using this site.

Note that, for deliveries to apartments, the carrier leaves the order at the main door of the building. Delivery to the door of the apartment will be courtesy of the driver, not being contracted.




Complaints must be made in writing to email It is the objective of Canoa Homeware Collections to resolve complaints taking into account customer satisfaction. In the event of a dispute, the customer can use the Online Dispute Resolution website, an official website managed by the European Commission with the aim of helping consumers and traders to resolve their disputes out of court.

The laws that govern our Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by:

Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011.

Exchanges and Returns / Shipping & Returns

Canoa Homeware Collections does not make exchanges.


Item returns are accepted within a period of 15 days after receiving the order, under the following conditions:


a) The item purchased does not meet the needs of the customer *;

b) Article error (the article does not correspond to the one requested by the user);

c) Defective item;

d) Damaged item. You must check the condition of the item upon delivery by the carrier, noting any damage that may have occurred during the transport of the goods on the waybill.


The return must be formalized by the customer by sending an email to, with the subject “Return”, or by filling in the form available on the website by selecting the "Returns" option. 

The information must contain the reasons for the return and the reference of the order in question. Returns of articles will not be accepted without prior notice.


For registered customers, returns can be made in the personal area, with the order automatically registered in our system.

By courier, collection is carried out, as a rule, on the next business day. 

Orders shipped with "home delivery" must be returned directly to the address of our warehouse Canoa Homeware Collections – Tv. S. João, nº 26, Asseiceira Grande, 2665-501 Venda do Pinheiro - Portugal. 


Under the conditions indicated (except paragraph a), Canoa Homeware Collections assumes all the return costs and the costs of a new delivery, if the customer so wishes, and if the same item is available in our stock.

If the item is not available, the customer will be notified via email of the impossibility of making a new delivery.

The refund will be processed after evaluation by the Quality Department of the state of the item(s), in the same payment method used in the initial transaction, within a period of approximately 30 days after receipt of the return.

Returned items must be in salable condition, that is, in the same condition as they were delivered to the customer, and accompanied by the respective proof of purchase. 

Articles that have undergone any type of use, transformation, damage and lack of label and packaging will not be accepted. 


* Return costs are borne by the customer. Please note that any duties and taxes that have been paid either with the shipment or with the return of the order will not be refunded.
